Who We Are
100kidsinc. is a New Jersey-based nonprofit organization founded on the principles that every person has the right to life, liberty and personal security regardless of age. We believe that all youth should be able to express themselves positively and freely without fear. “If you can reach one you can reach 100; imagine what 100 can do.”
What We Value
Our values are grounded in a humanistic approach, strength-based perspective, and social resilience model.
- Youth - We focus on the well-being, safety, and security of the young. We believe all children have a natural right to develop and grow without fear and uncertainty due to instability.
- Family - We support healthy family relationships and connections. We understand that families come in all different shapes and sizes.
- Community - We aim to be a part of the existing communities we serve. We understand as an agency, we are "guests" and, therefore, shall act and behave accordingly by respecting the cultural differences we encounter.
- Integrity - We are committed to doing the right thing even when it is unpopular.

Our Goals
Our youth will be respectful while engaging in productive struggle within a safe environment to achieve a higher level of success. With this in mind, our plan is to:
- Facilitate youth-positive social engagement opportunities.
- Increase vulnerable youth resiliency through therapeutic sessions.
- Promote healthy and stable family structures.
- Advocate for vulnerable community youth through civic engagement.
- Secure partnerships that help to develop the growth of families, youth and communities.
- Deliver relevant best practices for the population we serve.
